1. The Organizer is All in! Games SA, Os. Bohaterów Września 82, 31-621 KRAKÓW, MAŁOPOLSKIE (“The Organizer”).
2. The contest commences on August 5, 2022 and closes on August 15, 2022 at 4:00pm CEST.
3. To participate in the contest, entrants must send a creative piece of fan art to allingamesevents@allingames.com with the subject line ‘[CHE Art Contest]’ before the end of the contest listed in point 2. They must also include their Discord name and number, the country they are from, and which platform they would like to get a Chernobylite game key for in the email in the event they are chosen as a winner. The possible platforms are: Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox.
4. For a submission to be considered, entrants must react with a requested emoji to the contest message on Discord.
5. In case of multiple submissions from the same individual, only the first submission will be considered as a contest entry.
6. Only the winners will be contacted by our team.
7. Suspicious activity, like creating a new account to enter the contest with new answers, will result in ignoring the entrant’s answers and banning them from the contest until the issue is resolved.
8. The Organizer accepts no responsibility or liability: (i) for any entries or responses sent to the Organizer not received for any reason, especially any technical malfunctions, errors, delays, communication line or network failures, regardless of cause, as well as a malfunction regarding any equipment, devices, operating systems, servers, or regarding Internet providers (in particular inaccessibility), (ii) incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the contestant, (iii) any unauthorized access or other actions leading to an alteration of any entries or responses sent to the Organizer.
9. Directors, management, employees, officers, and immediate families of the promoter and its related corporate bodies, employees of associated agencies involved in this giveaway are ineligible to enter the giveaway.
10. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
11. Submission does not guarantee winning. 5 winning entries will be chosen based on the fan art’s creativity and the order of messages. 
12. The winners (a maximum of 5 in total) will be notified by email to the account they entered with by the All in! Games community team on an unspecified date after the contest’s completion. If the winner does not respond to a follow-up email with additional requested information (if necessary) within 48 hrs, an alternative winner will be selected.
13. One winner (1st place) will receive a survival kit with a game code. The kit contains: 1 game code, 1 glowing stick, 1 chernobylite crystal, 1 doll, 1 gas mask, old documents, 2 A2 posters and 1 A2 game map, 1 Art of Chernobylite album, 1 Game Feature booklet, 1 T-shirt that glows in the dark, badges and pins, 1 bag, 1 branded metal ammo box.
14. One individual can win a maximum of 1 game code.
15. Winners will be able to choose to receive a Chernobylite game code for either Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox, but they must specify their preferred platform in the email they use to enter the competition.
16. By entering the contest you agree to be bound by the decisions of the All in! Games community team, which are final and binding. 
17. The prize must be taken by the winner as stated and cannot be exchanged for other goods, services or prizes, or redeemed as cash (the prize is non-refundable). 
18. Instructions concerning the collection of the prize shall be sent to the email used by the contestant to send their entry. The Organizer accepts no responsibility or liability concerning the prize and any errors that may occur (especially technical / device requirements).
19. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
20. This contest is open to entrants aged 13 or over around the world.
21. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
22. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any variation of any aspect of the prize due to circumstances outside of its control. In such an event, an alternative element of the prize will be arranged.
23. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
24. Contestants agree and acknowledge that the following actions are prohibited: (a) use of page for any purposes in violation with these Terms and Conditions or binding law, and (b) any actions which result in the violation or infringement of any third-party rights.
25. Contestants agree and acknowledge that: (a) the page and its design, layout and structure, (b) any content available on the page as regards rights obtained by the Organizer from any third parties, as well as (c) the Organizer’s trademarks, brands and copyrights, are sole proprietary of the Organizer (“Intellectual Property”). Contestants accept that the Contest shall not result in any transfer of the Intellectual Property.
26. The contestants and the Organizer acknowledge all provisions of the Terms and Conditions are binding and valid. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be recognized or become invalid or unenforceable, it shall be without any prejudice to the validity of other provisions of the Terms and Conditions. In such a case, the Organizer shall be obliged to immediate change or supplement of Terms and Conditions in a manner as closely as possible approximating intent of Terms and Conditions, expressed in the provision recognized as invalid or unenforceable.
27. The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Polish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

Free content updates are coming to Chernobylite on Xbox and PlayStation today: Ghost Town and Season 1 Blue Flames. In addition, two paid DLCs Deadly Frost Pack and Blue Flames Pack introducing weapon and equipment skins are now available for purchase. Last but not least, we have several bug fixes for you.

Venture into the infamous Pripyat residential area in Ghost Town. Overtaken by chernobylite crystals, the area is now a ghost town in which it’s easy to get lost. Embark on a journey through various areas in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone in a new activity, Memory of You, coming in Season 1 Blue Flames. The Silent Assassin crossbow is now available for stalkers who prefer stealth.

Two new paid DLCs are now available for purchase: Blue Flames Pack and Deadly Frost Pack. Blue Flames Pack introduces a wide range of skins for your hideout for a gloomy look, while Deadly Frost Pack will make you much cooler with ice-themed weapon skins.

Among many bug fixes and optimization improvements we’ve introduced on consoles, there’s a solution to corrupted saves on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. We know that the issue was irritating for some players, and we apologize for that. You should no longer lose all of your progress because of corrupted saves.

It’s been a year since you’ve entered the Chernobylite‘s Chornobol Exclusion Zone in its full version on Steam. Time flies, especially when you’re dealing with a fractal dimension. It’s been a long journey from kickstarter to today and we want to thank you for your continuous support!

You can check out our surprise for you here, but for now, follow us through the most important events from the game’s past.

Inspiration

The Farm 51 released a virtual documentary about the Chernobyl catastrophe named “Chernobyl VR Project” in 2016 and spent a lot of time in the Exclusion Zone. The team realized that the gathered materials would be great for a video game. So they had a setting and combined it with inspirations from games like Silent Hill 2, some indie survival games, Fallout, and other RPGs.

In addition, the subject resonated with them—many still remember April 1986, when there was a kind of soft and unofficial lockdown in Poland related to a potential radiation threat. They lived in the shadow of Chernobyl.

Early Access launch

After a successful kickstarter campaign in 2019, the team released the game in EA on Steam the same year. Your passion and engagement motivated everyone to work on the game, bringing it to its final shape.

At this stage, Chernobylite grew significantly with the addition of new missions, characters, weapons, and more. Then it was ready for the full release.

Full release

The full game launched on Steam in July 2021, and your response was amazing. Steam reviews and press coverage were positive, showing that you loved the game as much as the developer team does.

Next-gen consoles

Chernobylite launched on next-gen consoles in April, accompanied by a free PC Enhanced Edition. The Chernobyl Exclusion Zone in the game has never looked better!
